Scheduling

We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Nash provides many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

We are open Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm, closed Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2020, WE WILL HAVE A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY.  YOU WILL BE CHARGED $75.00 FOR ANY MISSED APPOINTMENTS THAT AREN’T CANCELLED AT LEAST 24 HOURS AHEAD OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. THIS INCLUDES N0-SHOWS DUE TO FORGETFULLNESS, OTHER APPOINTMENTS OR ENGAGEMENTS.

PAYMENT OR PATIENT PORTIONS OF INSURANCE IS EXPECTED AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.  EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2020, THERE WILL BE A 18% APR INTEREST CHARGE PER MONTH ON ANY PAST DUE ACCOUNTS.  PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO TAKE CARE OF ANY OUTSTANDING BALANCES AT THIS TIME.
